While Nanna (the best girlfriend a guy could ever ask for) was away on vacation, I decided to make her another song.
However, this song wasn't exactly written by me: It's basically a mashup of Inoue Joe's song 'Closer' and AcoustiMandoBrony's song 'Kindness'.
I arranged and produced it, while throwing in some own stuff, for example: The guitar solo, added & changed some lyrics and added other synth & strings.

The lyrics (written by AcoustiMandoBrony) worked really well and pretty much sums up how I feel. So there was really no need for me to write my own lyrics for this song, since I didn't have that much time on me to finish it and I'm not so good at writing lyrics at all.

The line "I sit here in my own embrace and let the whole world melt away" was taken from TarbyRocks' song 'Taste The Rainbow'.

The little guitar duet you hear at the end playing 'Perfect Harmony', is me and Nanna playing guitar together. I just thought it was so wonderful and fitted with the whole "I promise to remember" thing.
